Accaeffe oversaw the plant design and energy efficiency related to a large building complex. This complex occupies an entire block in the southern area of Milan – a stone’s throw from the Navigli – seat of the historical section of the former Milanese Sieroterapico Institute, whose first buildings date back to 1896.
The complex is now made up of 27 buildings for school and office use, for a total of about 60,000 square meters of surface.
